Interpretation

Over the course of more than fifteen years, we have built up a pool of over fifty highly-qualified professional conference interpreters with extensive experience.

Types of interpretation:

Simultaneous Interpreting
Simultaneous interpreting is the most suitable for courses, events, seminars, lectures and meetings with multiple languages in which it is necessary to establish immediate fluid communications, as the interpretation reaches all participants instantaneously.
Simultaneous interpreters work from a soundproofed booth, listening to the presentations by the speakers through headphones and translating in real time into a microphone so that the message can be understood by delegates through individual headsets.

Consecutive Interpreting
Consecutive interpreting takes place when the speaker stops to let the interpreter translate what has been said so far before continuing. While the speaker is delivering his or her remarks, the interpreter takes notes and reproduces the speech afterwards.
Generally speaking, the groups involved are relatively small, as this kind of interpretation is usually preferred for relatively short meetings, press conferences, official dinners and protocol events.

Liaison Interpreting
In liaison interpreting, the interpreter acts as an “intermediary” between two people or groups, translating what each one says into the other’s language and vice versa.

Liaison interpreters usually accompany individuals and speak with very small groups for meetings, company visits, sales interviews, factory and technical tours, negotiations, trade fairs, tourism, etc.
